Returns are accepted for mattresses only within 120 days from the date of purchase. Sleep trial only valid on online orders.

Return Process:

Once your return is approved, you will receive additional details from our customer service team on how to return your item(s) accordingly.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Use a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the item.

Inspection and Processing:
Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it for eligibility and condition.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 14 business days after receiving the returned item.
