All KUSHi mattresses and upgraded accessories comes with a free warranty included

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 10 year non pro-rated warranty on all of our mattresses. If you need to exchange your mattress for a different size, we'll take care of that too. At KUSHi, we're dedicated to helping you get the best sleep of your life.

Warranty for upgraded accessories ranges from 2 - 20 years, depending on the product.

To keep the KUSHi Limited Warranty active, proof of purchase with a receipt is required.

Conditions of Warranty:

The Limited Warranty spans a period of 10 years from the date of purchase, subject to proof of purchase.
Coverage Conditions - The warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues arising from normal use. It does not apply to damages caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.

What Is Covered:
Manufacturing Defects - The warranty encompasses defects in materials or workmanship that impair the product's functionality.

What Is Not Covered:
Normal Wear and Tear -
Natural wear and tear resulting from regular use is not covered by the warranty.

Unauthorized Modifications - Any unauthorized modifications or alterations to the product void the warranty.

Replacements:
